This is not team training. It’s a focused environment to:
• correct habits,
• build technical quality,
• and prepare players for faster football environments (graded teams, development squads, JDL-style intensity).

Placement is based on technical level, learning readiness, and group dynamics (not team status).

Training framework (Football Australia aligned)

Skills Academy follows the Football Australia Skill Acquisition Phase:
• 1v1 attacking and defending
• First touch + ball control
• Running with the ball (purposefully)
• Passing and striking

Sessions prioritise technical quality first, then decision-making and small-sided match situations.
